Since the summer of 2008, spey casters representing the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest and even the Southern Unites States have gathered on the shores of the Salmon River in Pineville, NY to celebrate the culture of 2 handed rods.
We’d love to have you join us on June 27, 2020 for our 12th Spey Nation celebration!
Spey Nation features “On the water” demonstrations, and interaction with some of the biggest names in 2 handed casting from the East and West Coasts, Fly Tiers from around the country, and a BBQ Lunch for $10. Great Lakes anglers have an opportunity to learn 2 handed techniques, try specialized equipment and talk with other fishermen in an atmosphere dedicated exclusively to 2-handed casting. Manufacturer’s representatives that have come for the past 8 years have agreed that Spey Nation has proved to be a unique marketing opportunity for everyone involved.
Spey Nation is free to attend, present, and display product, although we welcome any donations to our raffles. All Profits are donated to the Fish Creek Atlantic Salmon Club. Their mission is to enhance and promote the return of Landlocked Atlantic Salmon to the Oneida Lake watershed. We are excited to further that relationship
For your participation and in trade for raffle donations, you will receive signage in front of the raffle table, announcements at the event, mentions in email updates (over 450 email addresses) social media profiles, and links on our website, www.speynation.com as well as other spey related marketing activities.
Here are some stats from our most recent attendee survey:
