George Cook from Sage goes through the basics about the new Sage One 2109-4 and the 3110-4 and the lines you may want to try on them. Trout spey is exploding and the East is one of the best places to use them. Get out there with the trout spey rod and extend your “Steelhead” season.

Sage One Trout Spey Rods are slated to come out in August of 2015. We were hoping to see them at Spey Nation but we just couldn’t get our hands on the few prototypes that were kicking around the country. According to our friend Bill, they were in Montana. Looks like the Sage Ones will do well with the Rio Switch Chucker lines paired with the lighter MOW tips, Skagit max Short or the new Rio Skagit Max Trout out in August as well.
